This week I completed my first Five Minute Journal. A Journal to help folks focus on gratitude, greatness, affirmations, and self-improvement. Every day for the past 6 months I documented snippets of my life. It positively impacted my daily outlook on life to start by writing for 2 minutes each morning. Ending the day in reflection for 2-3 minutes helped me identify what made the day so great and understand where or how I could improve.

A habit like this becomes second nature. It becomes a part of who you are, there is so much power in writing your positive thoughts on paper, it's almost as if it magically makes your day better because those thoughts stick with you.
